Parking

Parking can seem a little daunting if you are unfamiliar with the campus, but don’t worry. There are plenty of places to park within walking distance of Bruin Day events.

Following are two parking options. For both options, daily parking for disabled guests with a DMV placard is $6.

  • Option 1
Special Event Daily Permit highly recommended
    • On Bruin Day, from 6:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., purchase a one-day special event parking permit for $12 from an attendant at the entrance to Parking Structures 2, 4, 7, 8 or 9.
    • Use the interactive map to get custom driving directions to a parking structure.
    • Attendants accept cash only.
    • After purchasing a permit, you may park in any available spot in the structure.
  • Option 2
    Self-Service Parking very limited availability
    • Limited self-service parking areas are available for campus visitors at any time in Parking Structures 2, 4, 7 and 8 (not available in PS 9) and are designated with this green icon.
    • Use the interactive map to get custom driving directions to a parking structure.
    • Rates range from $3 per hour to $12 for the entire day.
    • After parking, pay at a self-service pay station in the structure.
    • The pay stations accept credit cards and cash, but do not dispense change.
